NAOS CLOUD Function

Resources are valuable assets of the enterprise.
NAOS is a resource management system developed with the know-how distributing bio-material management system to the KCDC's national biobank and 17 regional biobanks. It also provides additional personnel, system development cost, network, security. It is a cloud-based product that can be deployed immediately without deploying network.

  • Creates and manages a repository to hold each resource through the user interface of the folder structure.
  • Location of stored resources can be visually checked through resource location information view screen function and location information can be easily altered with mouse drag.

Resource Cart Function

As same as shopping cart in online mall, this function allows users to put specific resources in the cart for later work.

  • Multiple carts can be created and used, even through uploading downloaded list of resources.
  • If there are multiple user IDs in organization, registered cart resources can be shared within users in the organization through information openness setting.
  • ex) Resource manager conducts experiment after validation of quality control manager with same resources in the cart.

Clinical Information Management

Clinical information (medical information) form of the provider connected with resources can be created, and the created data and resource information can be linked and managed.

  • Create clinical information entry forms suitable for institution and collection purposes (This feature requires additional purchase.)
  • Integration between resources and clinical information of their donor make it possible to search resources based on registered clinical information.
  • ex) Search list of resources and their donor whoes blood glucose levels are greater than 200

Resource Statistics

check the status of recently collected resources and of resources in weekly, monthly and yearly basis.

Optional Features

Optional functions are developed after consultation according to the user's environment and are applicable to the system, and additional development costs are calculated

1. Electronical informed Consent Management

NAOS can directly receive the provider's consent information and signature through the tablet device such as iPad. It is possible to make various forms that require signatures of personnel such as resource receipt and handover certificate.

2. Clinical Information Management

It is a function that creates the clinical information (medical information) form of the provider connected with the resources, and associates the created data with the resource information.

3. Temperature Monitoring

NAOS can link and manage the temperature of the mechanical freezer through conjunction with NAOS-T. NAOS-T is a product that monitors the operation of the storage by attaching a sensor to each part (compressor, condenser, heat exchanger, evaporator, etc.) to maintain the internal temperature of the storage. And it supports conjunction features with NAOS and independent features. (Introduction to NAOS-T)

4. Central Control Function

If there is a case when a central organization manages its affiliated organizations, NAOS can allow the central organization to collectively check collection of the entire resources of the sub-organizations.
